About This Role

As a Founding Engineer, you'll architect and build the core systems that power the future of go-to-market — then make them accessible through beautiful, intuitive interfaces. You'll work directly with customers, shape product direction, and own critical infrastructure that drives revenue for the world's best sales teams.

What You'll Build

• Agents that identify, prioritize, and engage the right prospects at the right time
• Enterprise-grade infrastructure supporting real-time, high-stakes GTM workflows
• Polished user interfaces that turn technical complexity into experiences sales teams can understand and trust

We're Looking For

• 1–6 years of experience building production systems and user-facing features
• Systems thinking — you understand distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Full-stack expertise — strong with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web technologies
• Frontend + design sense — you can build UIs that don't just work, but feel great to use. You understand that good design is good business
• Product mindset — you talk to customers, understand their pain, and ship solutions that solve real problems
• High agency — you identify problems and fix them without being asked

Bonus Points

• Design background or strong visual/UX sensibilities — you know what good product design looks like
• Background in AI/ML, particularly LLMs, prompt engineering, or evals
